The room was spacious with great furniture, but the balcony felt cramped and was difficult to use. Enjoyed the evening entertainment options available at the hotel.

I spent 3 nights here and loved that. The breakfast was satisfactory with fruit and hot dishes, as for instance, and the team was amazingly nice and kept the space fairly clean. The hotel had a very central setting close to a bus stop.

The overall experience was quite pleasant but not without its faults, specifically

The small size of the balcony, difficult to enjoy. The staff, especially Carmit, were helpful, and the quality of breakfast was so nice. The proximity to local restaurants and shops really added to the convenience of our stay.

The hotel is definitely recommended to all. This venue is recently refurbished and clean, has exceptionally nice staff and marvellous location right next to the airport. The rooms are fashionable and good-sized here with a number of power outlets and terraces and a balcony. The breakfast is good even for vegetarians, has outstanding food

The hotel's proximity to local attractions was very convenient.

I faced several frustrations . The pool area was overcrowded and the water was murky. I found the front desk staff lacking knowledge about local amenities and options for tours, made planning my outings challenging.

Good location close to the beach and the coral reef for diving, and quiet for being away from the hustle and noise of the main town

The variety of food for vegetarians was not good

The Classic Room was not only clean but also exuded a sense of comfort was good. I especially loved the food options at breakfast, where the golden malted waffles stole the show!

It was comfortable and the cleanliness

The night staff could not find my reservation and were not very helpful. I arrived at 3am due to a delayed flight and was very tired and he insisted I pay before I could go to my room.

I stayed at brown for one night and it was fantastic! The ocean view from my classic room was amazing. The staff was super friendly and the welcome champagne was a good touch.

the shower had inconsistent hot water.

The hotel was close to the Coral Beach, just 10 min. walk from the coral nature reserve. The design concept was cool and well implemented. Each floor had different music theme and color set. The breakfast was served until 12 in the morning which is perfect for morning sleepers. The backyard with pool was a cool chill out place with huge pillows and tents, but the staff by its bar should take a course in customer service. However, the staff at the lobby/check in was very helpful.

The bathroom had some leaking problems. The internet was far too expensive.
